About the role
Creative Marketing Manager to lead digital presence, manage social media, paid media, reputation, and content creation for two restaurant brands.
What you'll be doing
We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and commercially savvy Marketing Manager to own our digital presence across both brands. This is a varied, brand-immersed role where you'll be responsible for growing and engaging our social communities, managing paid media spend, and ensuring every guest-facing touchpoint — including reviews and comments — reflects the quality and personality of our restaurants.
You'll report directly to the Directors and work closely with our restaurant teams to create content that feels authentic, craveable, and true to each brand's identity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Social Media Management
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content — including short-form video, reels, stories, and static posts — that reflects each brand's distinct personality
• Shoot or coordinate photography and videography of food, venue, and team content (on-site shoots with our teams)
• Grow follower communities and engagement rates through consistent, on-brand storytelling
• Identify and engage with UGC opportunities and coordinate influencer or foodie partnerships
Paid Media (Media Buy)
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Manage advertising budgets across both brands, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI
• Run targeted campaigns for promotions, seasonal menus, events, and new offerings
• Track and report on campaign performance weekly, with clear recommendations for improvement
• Manage retargeting audiences and lookalike strategies to drive online orders and reservations
Reputation & Community Management
• Monitor and respond promptly to all customer reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other platforms for both brands
• Craft professional, on-brand responses to both positive and negative reviews — turning feedback into an opportunity to reinforce our values and retain customers
• Flag recurring operational feedback to the restaurant management team
• Respond to comments and DMs across all social channels in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Build a consistent community voice that reflects each brand — (warm and approachable) and (sophisticated and polished)
Strategy & Reporting
• Develop and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with seasonal menu changes, events, and key dining occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, etc.)
• Track and report on key performance metrics monthly — reach, engagement, follower growth, review ratings, ad performance, and online orders/reservations
• Stay across food, dining, and social media trends relevant to the Sydney market
• Collaborate with venues on promotions, events, and in-store marketing needs
